What it is

Supervisor

Supervisor is a process manager on the hosting account. It starts a worker or a Node app and starts it again if that process exits.

This add-on turns that service on when the base plan does not include it. The live catalog sets the price you pay at checkout.

Why it matters

Queues, WebSockets, and some Node apps need a process that stays up. Without Supervisor those jobs die when the shell closes.

Supervisor is for that workflow. Pick it on the order form if you already run workers on the account.

Choose Supervisor on the order form when you create the account, or add it later from the client area if the catalog still offers it.
