What it is
Email accounts
Email accounts is the number of mailboxes the hosting account can create, such as hello@yourdomain.com.
This add-on raises that count. It does not add mailbox disk by itself. The live catalog sets the price you pay at checkout.

Why it matters
A team inbox, a billing address, and a personal mailbox each need a slot. When the plan is out of email accounts, you cannot create another mailbox in the control panel.
Extra email accounts is for that limit. Pick it on the order form if you already know you need more than the base plan allows.
Where you use it
Choose email accounts on the order form when you create the account, or add them later from the client area if the catalog still offers it.
After checkout, create the extra mailbox in the control panel. Shared plans on this page list the base mailbox count that this add-on extends.
